G’Day Japan! / JAMS.TV is currently seeking a Japanese-English bilingual project coordinator to work on outbound tourism marketing particularly from Australia to Japan.

The positions available for both part-time and full-time with an immediate start. Our office is located in Sydney CBD. You can work in the Sydney’s most iconic area, Circular Quay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project coordination for outbound tourism marketing
  • Promotion consulting and planning with Japanese customers
  • Sales support and stakeholder engagement
  • G’Day Japan! Website management and contents creation

Skills and Knowledges Required

  • Must be able to speak / write / read business level Japanese AND English
  • Have basic marketing knowledge
  • Well understanding of both Japanese and Australian cultures and trends
  • Stakeholder engagement skills
  • Flexible and ‘can-do’ attitude in challenging environment
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Competent Microsoft Office Skills

You May Need…

  • A marketing related degree (ongoing or graduated) or have experience in marketing roles
  • e-commerce / B2B knowledge  (Google Analytics, Google Console, WordPress etc.)
  • Exceptional communication skills – we may require you to do interviews, event reports and other ‘journalistic’ works for our website contents
  • A visa that enables you to work 20h+ per week

It is a great opportunity to work in a challenging environment where you can use both Japanese and English. You will also gain experience in a range of areas in marketing.
