- Any fraud or inappropriate behaviour may result in disqualification.
- The game may end without notice once all prizes have been distributed.
- Prizes are subject to change without prior notice.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Prizes and/or prize redemption information must be collected during the participating session of the Australian Sake Festival.
- The organiser shall not be held responsible for any defects, damage or issues with the prize after it has been awarded.
- Some prizes require later redemption under the provider’s terms.
- Resale of prizes is strictly prohibited.
- Personal information collected is used only for administration and communication purposes related to the game and it will not be shared with any third party other than the prize provider, except as required by law.
- The organiser and the Australian Sake Festival shall not be held responsible for injury, accidents or damage related to participation or prize use.
- Participants may be photographed or recorded and any photos/videos taken may be used by the organiser or the Australian Sake Festival for promotional, publicity or record-keeping purposes on websites, social media, printed materials and other media. Participants waive all rights to such photos/videos.
