1. Participation in this campaign is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional rules announced by the organisers.
2. The campaign is organised by Tripellet Inc., 5F-2, No.91, Sec.3, Nanjing E. Rd., Zhongshan Dist., Taipei, 104, Taiwan (the “Promoter”). All inquiries regarding the campaign should be directed to: tc.cs@tripellet.com.
3. During the campaign period, entrants who register to subscribe to ANA e-newsletter will be eligible to enter the prize draw. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. By entering this campaign, participants agree to allow the initials of their first and last names (for both the winner and runners-up) to be published online. Participants who are not selected as winners or runners-up will not be notified.
5. The campaign ends at the closing time of participating stores on the final day. The winner and runners-up will be drawn at random at the close of business on November 7, 2025, at PO Box 909, Chatswood NSW 2057. Winners do not need to be present at the draw. The initials of the winner and runners-up will be published on https://www.gdayjapan.com.au/2025-win-a-trip-to-japan-campaign/ on November 14, 2025.
6. The details of the prizes are as follows:
The first prize winner will receive:
• Return flight tickets from Sydney to Tokyo for two people
• Have Fun in Japan 2-Weeks Free Passes for two people
• Universal Studios Japan 1-Day Studio Passes for two people
Estimated total value: A$8,366
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during ANA e-newsletter registration within seven days of the prize draw announcement. The winner must respond within seven days of receiving the email. Failure to respond will be deemed a refusal of the prize.
Flight Ticket Terms and Conditions
• Route: Sydney – Haneda (Tokyo) return
(All travel must be completed by March 31, 2026. No extensions allowed.)
1. Tickets are not exchangeable for cash, non-transferable, non-endorsable, non-reroutable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Prize winner’s name change is not allowed.
3. Ticket is valid on All Nippon Airways aircraft and not applicable on code-share flights.
4. Seats are subject to availability at time of booking.
5. Ticket must be booked in designated booking class by ANA Inside Sales Staff.
6. Ticket is not eligible for mileage accrual & upgrading using mileage is not allowed.
7. Ticket is excluding applicable government taxes and surcharges. Applicable taxes and fees to be paid fully by prize winner (approx. AUD210 per person).
8. Ticketing transaction will be completed in ANA Sydney office and the taxes and fees will be charged in AUD and payable by major credit card only.
9. Ticket is valid on flights & dates shown on the ticket only. Travel dates and name changes are not permitted.
10. Ticket is valid for one month from date of departure from Sydney however must be back by 31 March 2026.
11. Booking must be made at least 2 weeks before departure from Sydney for travel (based on departure date from Sydney and subject to seat availability in the designated booking class).
12. No extension of validity under any circumstances is allowed.
13. Changes are not permitted, once booking is confirmed.
14. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of each prize-winner and their companion. All Nippon Airways makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination.
15. The prize winner is responsible for obtaining the necessary visa required for travel.
16. All Nippon Airways strongly recommends taking out travel insurance.
To claim Have Fun in Japan 2-Weeks Free Pass and Universal Studios Japan 1-Day Studio Pass, downloading the Travel Contents App is required.
Winners will receive a flyer via email (sent to the address used during ANA e-newsletter registration) within seven days of the prize draw announcement. The flyer will include instructions on how to claim the prize.
The prize will be awarded as points in the Travel Contents App, which are equivalent to the prize value and can be redeemed for prize tickets in accordance with the rules set by the organisers.
The next two runners-up will each receive:
Have Fun in Japan 2-Weeks Free Pass valued at approximately A$629.
Downloading the Travel Contents App is required to claim the prizes.
Winners will receive a flyer via email (sent to the address used during ANA e-newsletter registration) within seven days of the prize draw announcement. The flyer will include instructions on how to claim the prize.
The prize will be awarded as points in the Travel Contents App, which are equivalent to the prize value and can be redeemed for prize tickets in accordance with the rules set by the organisers.
The following 10 runners-up will each receive:
Have Fun in Kansai 1-Week Free Pass, valued at approximately A$31.
Downloading the Travel Contents App is required to claim the prizes.
Winners will receive a flyer via email (sent to the address used during ANA e-newsletter registration) within seven days of the prize draw announcement. The flyer will include instructions on how to claim the prize.
The prize will be awarded as points in the Travel Contents App, which are equivalent to the prize value and can be redeemed for prize tickets in accordance with the rules set by the organisers.
6. Total prize pool value: A$9,935.
7. If the prize winner cannot be contacted despite reasonable efforts within the specified timeframe, the organiser will retain the prize for three months after the winner announcement. No replacement draw will be held.
8. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The organisers reserve the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value.
9. The organisers are not responsible for data loss, errors, or delivery issues due to technical or other factors beyond their control.
10. The organisers reserve the right to investigate and disqualify any entry suspected of fraudulent activity (e.g., fake accounts, manipulation of the system).
11. Entrants under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The organiser may require proof of consent.
12. If a winner is under 18, the winner and their guardian must submit copies of valid identification (front and back) or household registration documents.
13. If the winner’s travel companion is a minor, they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at their own expense.
14. The organisers reserve the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time. Final interpretation of these terms and conditions rests with the organisers.
