Founded in 1985, Sapporo Ramen Daishin celebrated their 30th anniversary in 2016, and has since opened in Kutchan! This restaurant has a lovely rustic interior like a cosy mountain cabin. Since its founding, the business has been passed on through the generations, recipes taught, adapted and beautifully crafted.
The food is prepared fresh on-site, and guests can enjoy authentic Japanese meals like Misobara Pork Noodles, Cheese Tantan Noodles and Spicy Miso Ramen. There is a meal here for everyone to love, so take a seat, enjoy your meal and admire the marvellous view overlooking Mount Yōtei.
